1. The Service
Rerouter provides a unified, [OI]-compatible API endpoint that routes your inference requests to third-party model providers ("Upstream Providers"). We act as a routing and billing layer: model outputs are generated by the Upstream Providers, not by Rerouter. Model availability, pricing multipliers, and rate limits may change as upstream offerings evolve.
2. Accounts & API keys
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
- API keys (
sk-rr-…) are personal to your account. You are responsible for all activity performed with your keys. - Notify us immediately if a key is compromised; revoke it from the dashboard and issue a new one.
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Billing, balance & plans
- Usage is billed against your prepaid wallet balance or an active subscription plan, using the token multiplier of each model as shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard.
- Top-ups are processed by our payment partners (e.g. QRIS / Toopay). A top-up is credited once the payment is confirmed by the provider.
- Subscription plans grant a token quota for their stated duration (daily, weekly, monthly). Quotas do not roll over and expire with the plan.
- When your plan quota is exhausted and you have no balance, requests are rejected — you are never charged beyond what you have prepaid.
- Voucher credits are promotional, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including the acceptable-use policies of the Upstream Providers.
- Generate or distribute malware, disinformation, CSAM, or content that facilitates violence, fraud, or harassment.
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, authentication, or any technical protection of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service without our written consent.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or interfere with other users' use of it.
Additional usage rules are described in our Fair Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.
5. Model output
Outputs are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them, and for complying with the license and usage terms attached to each model by its provider.
6. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Specific models may be added, removed, or rerouted at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on the dashboard or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time; remaining promotional credits are forfeited on termination.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rerouter's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts and omissions of Upstream Providers or payment partners.
9. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rerouter Dev, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@rerouter.dev.
